AdComply’s proprietary technology, AdVision, constantly monitors the web to seek out our client’s advertisements. AdVision is a domain-based monitoring system where a client will enter a domain to monitor, and AdVision will find ads, links or redirects sending traffic to that domain.* AdVision’s advanced algorithm locates ads, then follows the click path of the ad from the original impression to the final landing page, taking screen shots of each step along the way. This provides our clients with unique insight into ad placement, site location and content of the ad creative and content near the ad. AdComply then determines if the ad is in violation of our client’s terms and immediately alerts our client if infractions are found.

The AdVison system continually monitors top tier search engines, social sites and a wide array of adult, illegal and frequently visited sites. Our development team is constantly improving our technology and adding other top affiliate traffic sources to our monitor list. In addition to our AdVision monitoring system our clients can add unlimited keywords and sites specific to their organization to make AdVison the most comprehensive ad finding system available.

AdComply also offers a content and active link monitoring system. Initially developed for agencies but available to all users, the system will monitor select sites for any content violations. This is a customizable system that searches sites for unwanted keywords, negative terms, expired coupon codes, malware/spyware, etc.. The active link system checks to ensure that links are functioning and there are no breaks to prevent lost sales.

To complement our wide-reaching AdVision system, our higher level service packages offer additional compliance monitoring with our AdRecon feature. AdRecon involves our specialized compliance team diving deeper into the web to uncover ads that may go undetected by automated programs. Our AdRecon team will work closely with your company to locate these ads and provide the most effective compliance system to suit your needs.

AdComply’s reporting system is built around providing screen shot evidence to our clients. Clients view their results in our easy to use, customizable dashboard. From the dashboard they can review their ad placements, including creatives and content, and view any infractions. Additional report information includes URL’s, tracking links and time stamps. Ad screen shots are stored within our AdVault system which offers our clients access to their library of results for download or printing. Ads are stored for up to 2 years depending on which package is purchased. Included with each package is 24 hour support for any issues encountered with our site or reports.
